Fraggle Rock

The series was created by Jim Henson, and ran from 83 to 87. It was so funny, and featured a cast of creatures, mainly the fraggles, but also the Doozers and the Gorgs.

Fraggles: Gobo, Mokey, Red, Wembley, and Boober. Fraggles live a very carefree life, spending most of their time playing, exploring, and generally enjoying themselves. They were bloody hilarious, and lived on a diet of radishes and "doozer sticks" (see below).


Doozers: Strange little hardhat wearing things that are in a sense anti-Fraggles; their lives are dedicated to work and industry. Doozers spend much of their time busily constructing all manner of pointless scaffolding throughout Fraggle Rock, using miniature construction equipment out of radishes made into doozer sticks


Gorgs: The 3 Big people that lived outside, and had a garden with radishes. Now, the fraggles were considered a pest by the Gorgs, as they steal radishes. “Look ma, I cauwght a fwaggle. Hahaha

Thus, the three main races of the Fraggle Rock universe - Fraggles, Doozers and Gorgs were all ixorably linked by radishes, are were all dependent on the radishes for their own particular reason.

Bizzare....

...but hillarious.


It still makes me laugh now.
